Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TazzoGram application and related services (the "Service"), available at tazzogram.com and its subdomains. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is operated by GS4D Tech Services Ltda ME, a company registered in Brazil, trading as "TazzoGram" ("TazzoGram," "we," "us," or "our"). Your contract for any paid plan is with that company.

2. The Service

TazzoGram converts process diagrams (including pictures, PDF, .svg, drawio and BPMN files, and Visio drawings saved as .svg or PDF) into Mermaid diagram code, and lets you request AI-assisted changes to that code in plain language. Conversion and change requests are processed using third-party AI infrastructure, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service includes a Redaction Glossary that replaces your business vocabulary with placeholder terms before any content is sent to an external AI provider. By default this Glossary stays in your browser. Details of what is and is not transmitted are set out in the Privacy Policy.

2.1 GitHub and Slack integrations

On the Practice and Firm plans you can ask us to connect TazzoGram to your organization's own GitHub account, so that saved diagram versions and your shared Redaction Glossary are kept in a repository you control, and to your own Slack workspace, so that saved changes can be announced in a channel you choose. Until we have set this up with you, TazzoGram writes nothing to GitHub or Slack for you.

3. Accounts

4. Tickets and allowances

4.1 What a ticket is

A ticket is the unit of usage in the Service. Each AI-assisted operation that is processed consumes one ticket: importing a file that the AI has to convert (a photograph, a hand-drawn sketch, a PDF, an .svg drawing, or a .drawio or .bpmn file that the Service cannot read by itself) and applying a requested change to a diagram both draw from the same allowance. Opening a file that the Service reads by itself (.mmd, and .bpmn and .drawio files it can read without the AI) consumes no ticket, because no AI call is made. Editing diagram code yourself, exporting, and normal use of the editor also do not consume tickets.

4.2 How each plan's allowance works

Practice and Firm are shown on our Plans page but are not on sale at the moment. What these Terms say about them applies when they are offered.

A single organization may hold more than one paid plan, on separate accounts, if that suits how your teams work. Section 3's restriction on multiple accounts concerns repeated free allowances, and does not limit paid plans. If you need capacity beyond what the published plans offer, contact us for a quote rather than assembling it from many accounts.

4.3 How an annual allowance becomes available

An annual plan's tickets are yours for the whole twelve-month term, and unused tickets do not expire during it. They become available progressively rather than all at once: each month of the term releases that month's share, and you may always draw up to three months' worth ahead of that schedule.

In practice you are never held to a strict monthly rate. An Ambassador Early Adopter annual plan makes 750 tickets available immediately and reaches its full 3,000 by month nine. A Practice annual plan makes 2,400 available immediately. A month here means thirty days.

Why it works this way A plan that released a full year of capacity on its first day could be exhausted within a week and then cancelled under section 6.1. Releasing it progressively, with three months of headroom, means a genuine burst of work at the start of your term is never blocked, while the plan cannot be drained and returned. It is a pacing rule, not a reduction of what you bought.

If you use your allowance quickly, you have received the value of the plan quickly. Refunds are therefore assessed on tickets consumed rather than on months elapsed. See section 6.

4.4 What tickets are not

5. Payment

6. Refunds and cancellation

6.1 Seven-day cancellation

You may cancel any purchase within seven (7) days of the transaction date. If you have used no tickets, we refund the payment in full. If you have used tickets, we refund the unused portion, calculated as described in 6.2. For consumers in Brazil, this reflects the withdrawal right under Article 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor. * See 6.8.

6.2 Refunds are calculated on tickets consumed, not months elapsed

Because an annual plan's full allowance is credited to your account on the first day (see 4.3), a refund is assessed against the portion of the allowance you have not used, valued at the per-ticket rate of the plan you bought. Remaining calendar time is not the basis of the calculation.

Worked example An Ambassador Early Adopter annual plan is R$950,00 for 3,000 tickets, which is approximately R$0,32 per ticket. A customer who has used 1,000 tickets by the end of month two has taken roughly R$316,67 of value from the plan. A refund at that point would be assessed against the 2,000 unused tickets, not against the ten calendar months remaining.

6.3 A ticket spent is a ticket consumed

The Service processes what your account submits to it. We do not assess whether a request was a good use of a ticket, and tickets are not refunded on the grounds that they were spent poorly. That includes, without limitation, tickets spent on: the wrong file, an oversized or duplicated batch, an entire folder submitted when one diagram was needed, work already done before, a request phrased in a way that did not return what the person hoped for, or experimentation and learning.

Where an account or an organization is used by more than one person, this applies to tickets spent by any of them. How your team is trained, and what it chooses to submit, is yours to manage. Processing what is submitted is ours.

This is not a disclaimer against our own faults. If the Service malfunctions — for example it consumes tickets while returning no output at all, or repeats a charge for a single operation — tell us at the address in 6.6. We will investigate and credit tickets where we find a genuine fault on our side.

6.4 Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your allowance for that period stays usable until it ends. We do not refund part of a month.

6.5 The Free Trial

The Free Trial costs nothing, so there is no payment to cancel or refund. It ends on its own on December 31, 2026, as set out in 4.2.

If you buy a paid plan during the Free Trial, that plan's own rules apply from the moment you pay, including the cancellation and refund rules in this section, and your access no longer ends on December 31, 2026.

6.6 Requesting a refund

Email from the address on the account, stating the plan and the reason. We aim to respond within five business days.

6.7 Fees on refunds

Inside the seven-day window in 6.1, a consumer's refund is the full amount described there, with nothing deducted.

Outside that window, and for any purchase made by a business rather than a consumer, a refund we agree to is paid net of the payment-processing fee we were charged on the original payment (our payment provider does not return it to us when a payment is refunded) and of any bank or transfer charge for sending the refund. Charges applied by your own bank or card issuer, such as IOF or currency conversion, stay with you, as set out in section 5.

6.8 After a refund

* Please note: once a purchase has been refunded, the account that made it cannot buy the same plan again for six (6) months from the date of the refund. Every other plan stays available to that account, and other people at the same organization are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process content that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to manipulate or attack the underlying systems, and not to attempt to bypass the Service's usage limits or security controls.

The Service screens submitted content automatically. A single serious violation, or repeated minor violations, results in the account being blocked. A blocked account loses access to both paid and free functionality, and we do not refund a plan terminated for a serious violation of this section.

8. Your content

You keep all rights in the diagrams and files you bring to the Service. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the Service for you, which means processing your content to produce the conversions and changes you ask for.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Handling of content sent to our third-party AI provider is described in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 We do not keep a copy of your diagrams

We do not store your diagrams. Your file is processed to produce the conversion or the change you asked for, and the result is not kept on our servers. The Mermaid code and the diagram on screen live in your browser for as long as the page is open. We never save them to your device, so closing or reloading the page is enough to be rid of them.

Three things are worth stating plainly, because they are exceptions:

If you connect your own GitHub repository, the diagram versions you choose to save are written there, to a repository you control. That is the only place a copy of your work is kept, and it is yours, not ours.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it "as is." We do not warrant that conversions will be free of error, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet a particular requirement. Output produced by AI-assisted features should be reviewed by you before you rely on it.

9.1 Support response targets

Support is provided by email, and every paid plan includes it. Higher plans carry a faster target for our first reply:

These targets apply to messages received on a business day in São Paulo, Brazil. A message arriving at a weekend or on a public holiday is treated as arriving on the next business day. A target is for the first reply, not for a fix: some questions take longer to resolve than to acknowledge, and we would rather tell you where a problem stands than go quiet while we work on it.

These are service targets, not guarantees, and missing one does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Section 6 sets out how refunds work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including a consumer's rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

11. Changes to these Terms and to pricing

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and where the change materially affects a paid plan we will notify the account by email before it takes effect.

We may change prices for future billing periods. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for. For an annual plan, a price change takes effect at the next renewal.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in their own place of domicile.
